Is this a one-time fee or ongoing?
One-time project fee. You pay once for the build and deployment. There are no ongoing Runflow fees after that. Any tool subscriptions (Make, Zapier, etc.) are separate and paid directly to the platform.
How long does it take to build and deploy an AI agent?
Most single-agent builds are delivered within 5–10 business days from the scoping call. More complex multi-agent systems or full automation suites typically take 10–15 business days. We give you a clear timeline before we start.
Do I need technical knowledge to use what you build?
No. We document everything and walk your team through it on a live handoff call. The goal is that your team can operate and maintain it without needing us. If something breaks or needs updating after the 14-day support window, we offer one-off support at a flat rate.
What tools do you build on?
For automations: Make (Integromat), Zapier, or n8n — depending on your existing stack and volume. For AI agents: we build on the tools that fit your use case best (OpenAI, Anthropic, custom implementations). We always explain the trade-offs before choosing.
How is the scope determined before I commit?
We do a 20-minute scoping call first. No commitment, no pitch deck. We map out exactly what you need, give you a clear scope and flat price, and you decide whether to proceed. If it is not the right fit, we tell you that too.
