Pricing FAQ
Is this a subscription or a one-time fee?
One-time project fee. You pay once, we build your system, and you own it permanently. There are no monthly fees from Runflow. You will pay directly to ClickUp or Notion for their platform subscriptions, but those are separate.
How do I know which plan is right for my agency?
Apply and we will figure it out together on the strategy call. Most agencies between 3 and 12 people end up on the Agency OS Build. Smaller solo-operator agencies often start with the Starter. The Full Stack is for agencies with complex multi-service delivery or larger teams.
Do you offer payment plans?
For the Agency OS Build and Full Stack, we offer a 50/50 split: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Apply and we can discuss payment structure during the call.
What if I am not sure whether I need ClickUp or Notion?
We help you decide on the strategy call. Both platforms are included in our builds. The right tool depends on your team's working style, tech stack, and how your agency delivers work. We will give you a clear recommendation with reasoning.
What happens after the 30 or 60-day support period?
For changes and expansions after support ends, we offer one-off add-on work at a flat hourly rate. Most agencies do not need this - the build is designed to last - but it is available if your workflows change significantly.
